Growth Marketing Lead, Berlin (hybrid / remote), Prop Tech, €100–120K
We’re looking for a growth marketing leader to partner closely with the CMO and drive performance across Germany and international markets.
This role is heavily focused on paid media, but requires a full-funnel mindset.
You’ll:
* Own acquisition strategy and execution
* Manage and scale significant budgets
* Lead a test-and-learn approach to growth
* Dive deep into performance data and insights
We’re looking for someone who:
* Brings strong paid media expertise
* Understands D2C / performance-driven models
* Thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments
* Is highly analytical and commercially driven
