As the Head of Market Application & Tender Management Digital Grid – Europe, you hold a pivotal position in steering the regional team towards a successful implementation of Noedra go-to-market and timely preparation of precise, competitive and value-added based tenders. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Grid Europe, you embody the primary point of contact for DG with GT Sales, engaging - in close coordination and under the direction of GT S - with customers, regulatory bodies, and various stakeholders and developing a One-DG market approach and One-DG value added propositions. Your key responsibilities are mainly related to ensuring a healthy pipeline for DG - aligned with GT Sales and DG segments -, defining and implementing a DG go-to-market approach and strategy and leading local tendering teams within Europe, ensuring timeliness of offer preparation, competitiveness and precision. You'll play a key role in liaising with local and regional stakeholders and contributing to the growth of the Digital Grid business within Europe.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Lead the “one-DG” go-to-market definition and implementation of Noedra Suites value-added proposition, align customer-related strategic activities and actions with GT S and be the main point of contact with each of DG segments for every cross-segment initiative
2. Support DG EU in the Order Entry planning during Budget phase, manage whole DG sales pipeline and ensure FC quality both towards GT S and DG segments
3. Lead the local tender team to become best in class in DG tender management within Europe in the degree defined by the DG regionalization strategy. The key deliverables will be timeliness of offer preparation, competitiveness, precision of calculation, establishment of DG added value. Define resource needs, assess the skill levels and manage training and growth plan of local MA & TM teams
4. Forge strategic alliances with Region Market Application, GT Sales teams and Dg segments, encouraging cross-segment collaboration to boost operational efficiency
5. In cooperation with GT Sales, keep abreast of market trends and customer needs within Europe, leveraging these insights to shape operational strategies and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
6. Offer operational insights to segment leads and partake in local SE Hub & GT Sales discussions, aiding in informed decision-making and fostering a unified operational approach
What You Bring
7. A university degree in a engineering discipline
8. Long term customer-facing experience, showcasing the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
9. Experience working in an intercultural setting with globally dispersed teams, highlighting strong teamwork capabilities, with internal as well as external stakeholders
10. Strategic mindset, complemented by superior communication and presentation abilities as well as strong capacity of prioritizing competing tasks
11. Demonstrable experience in people leadership within a global company, with a deep understanding of the energy transmission market in Europe
