About the role As our Head of Category, you will: Lead strategic brand management, communication, marketing launch strategies, and BBI for the Beauty category. Oversee category P&L, ensuring shrewd investment and driving proactive efficiencies. Develop brand communications strategy, ensuring clear brand differentiation and superiority. Manage market strategy and key projects, proactively handling product pipelines and retail/sales strategy changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective media translation of category vision. Build effective relationships with PR, Communications, and sales teams for integrated marketing efforts. Accountable for strategic ranging of the category, ensuring efficient range to drive market ambition. Empower team members to track forecasting and stock levels for strategic launches and business stability. Inspire and lead the marketing team through feedback, objectives, and career planning. Develop talent and succession plans to ensure organizational readiness for future challenges. About you To succeed in the role, we expect you to have: At least 8 years of solid marketing background with management-level experience. Experience in brand and category management. Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media. Line management experience is essential. Ability to engage, motivate, and lead teams effectively. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Creative thinker with effective presentation abilities. Demonstrated senior team leadership skills. Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
