About the Role:

* Drive Growth:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to Pro AV markets across Europe.
* Enhance Visibility:
Enhance visibility and increase sales of our Pro Audio product portfolio in the AV and IT installation market.
* Sales Enablement:
Support distribution and system integrator partners through effective sales enablement activities.
* Marketing Campaigns:
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital content in Europe.
* PR and Media Relations:
Manage PR activities and media relations across Europe with agencies and internal stakeholders.
* Customer Events:
Coordinate customer events, trade shows, and product demos, including setup and brand representation.
* Content Creation:
Develop compelling product and application content (case studies, configuration examples, white papers).
* Training Delivery:
Lead the planning and delivery of audio trainings, both in-person and online.
* Liaison:
Act as the key liaison for editors, associations, and industry bodies.

Your Profile:

* Marketing Experience:
A proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in AV, Pro Audio, or IT industries.
* Education:
A degree in marketing, communications, audio engineering, or a related field.
* Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the customer journey for audio installations, particularly in education, conferencing, hospitality, or other markets.
* Project Management:
Good project and campaign management skills, with experience in digital and physical channels.
* Communication:
Excellent communication skills in English (French, Spanish, German, and other European languages are a plus).
* Travel:
Willingness to travel across Europe for events, meetings, and training delivery.
* Collaboration:
