Vida are partnering with a Global business with head quarters in Hamburg. This is important senior HR/People/Operations role operating across all of their global entities.
The title is Team Lead People Management
The role is key to shaping and developing our global people processes. It requires a detailed approach, data use, responsive and quick to react approach and ability to prioritise projects.
You will manage and optimize global people administration processes for approximately 1,700 employees across the entire employee lifecycle in various countries, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements and ensuring a positive employee experience in all phases.
Major element of the role - Payroll & Service Provider Management : You will develop a global payroll operating model and manage collaboration with external service providers in the areas of payroll, immigration & expat management, and other people services.
People Policies & Processes: You will develop, implement, and optimize global policies and processes to ensure compliance and support company growth and integration.
Digitalization & Efficiency Improvement: You will drive the automation and standardization of people processes, deploy technologies in a targeted manner, and continuously optimize people management.
Employee retention & corporate culture : promote a positive work environment, support dialogue between employees and management, proactively resolve conflicts, and develop measures to strengthen motivation and satisfaction.
English and German fluence is essential as well as exposure to a global business structure
