As our Procurement Tools Analyst (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing the end-to-end procurement processes and tools across our global organization. Your primary mission is to drive procurement excellence by leading strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and governance.
What you will do
* Advise on Process Improvements: Provide guidance to stakeholders, partners, and procurement on enhancing end-to-end processes
* Assess and Streamline Systems: Evaluate procurement systems to improve data, process, and programming efficiency
* Identify Synergies: Discover cross-functional synergies and improvements through tool utilization
* Redesign Processes: Apply tools and methodologies to redesign processes for optimal performance
* Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create dashboards, reports, and KPI measurements using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools
* Facilitate Workshops: Engage stakeholders, partners, and procurement in workshops to generate and update processes
* Implement Operational Improvements: Recommend and implement continuous operational improvements
What we are looking for
* Over 7 years of experience in global, decentralized data analytics supporting procurement through tools, dashboards, KPIs, and spend cube reporting
* Expert in end-to-end procurement process design and management, including process modeling, gap analysis, and requirements engineering
* Advanced proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, and advanced Excel for reporting and automation
* Strong background in business intelligence and data analysis, with a focus on streamlining data and processes for efficiency
* Experienced in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Coupa P2P solutions, with a solid understanding of procurement systems integration
* Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills in multicultural and multilingual environments
* Certified Professional Category Manager and Project Management certification (or equivalent experience) preferred
* Applies advance abilities to lead change management initiatives, adapt to evolving business needs, and guide policy and tool development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex procurement processes and proposing innovative improvements
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and travel as required to support global procurement initiatives
