* You take on a variety of organizational tasks - including travel arrangements and expense reports, applying for travel documents, and handling correspondence and communication
* You are the first point of contact for all internal and external inquiries addressed to the IT & Data Director
* You organize meetings and events across countries and coordinate appointments efficiently
* You take care of the preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
* You handle international business correspondence in English
Über Dich
* A successfully completed commercial education
* Several years of experience in an assistant role in an international company
* Strong organizational and communication skills - across all hierarchical levels
* A dynamic and pragmatic personality with a hands-on approach
* High service orientation and enthusiasm for new tools
* Excellent MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
* Fluent English skills - German is a plus
Start is as soon as possible in Frankfurt or Munich.
