Your Tasks:
* Oversee all kitchen activities, including planning, organization, and monitoring daily workflows.
* Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards, adhering to all relevant regulations.
* Work closely with management, providing regular operational reports.
* Maintain and achieve pre-defined KPIs.
* Actively participate in maintaining high-quality standards.
* Manage staff, inventory control, and financial performance.
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
* Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff.
Your Profile:
* Significant experience in gastronomy, ideally in a leadership role.
* Deep knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques.
* Strong leadership abilities, motivating your team.
* Skilled in recruiting and hiring.
* Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
* Fluent in English (C1 level or higher); German skills are a plus.
* Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
