In our role as Insolvenzsachbearbeiter, you will be responsible for assisting insolvency administrators in regulatory proceedings and asset managers in self-management procedures. We provide comprehensive support to companies undergoing restructuring and liquidation processes, focusing on financial and tax aspects.
Your tasks may include:
* Supporting the insolvency administrator in ordinary insolvency proceedings and the asset manager in self-administration procedures
* Verifying creditor claims in collaboration with the insolvency administrator
* Creating inventory lists according to Sections 151 ff. of the German Insolvency Code (InsO)
* Preliminary preparation of correspondence with creditors
To succeed in this position, you should have completed a successful training program as a Rechtsfachwirt, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter or Steuerfachangestellter. Additionally, prior experience in insolvency administration would be advantageous.
We are looking for individuals who can work independently, handle stress well, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
