Task Responsibilities:

What to expect?

As a Finance Back-Office Agent you will be part of a small Finance Back-Office team (Financial Operations division). You will work with multiple Cargolux departments to ensure the framework for operational costs provisions, invoice processing and Vendor Master Data is accurate and relevant processes are running smooth.

Your tasks will include:

* Contracts and rate management in ERP system based on information from various sources;
* Daily monitoring of contracts and system activities (including corrective measures);
* Vendor and Material Master Data management;
* Draft potential process/IT-related improvement requests;
* Support the line manager and finance organization in other strategic projects and ad-hoc requests.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

Necessary requirements:

* Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics or a related fields;
* Advanced data management skills, using spreadsheets (Excel);
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex concepts and describe data in simple business terms;
* Strong prioritization skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple tasks while under pressure and meeting critical deadlines.

In addition to the necessary requirements, those additional experiences and characteristics will be considered as an advantage:

* 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Economics, Controlling, Logistics or other relevant field;
* Familiarity with common financial and related systems, such as SAP;
* Familiarity with functions such as airlines operations or procurement;
* Ability to work independently and think creatively with a proven track record of execution;
* Attention to detail under tight deadlines;
* Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.

Working Conditions:

* Permanent contract (32-40 hours/week);
* Flexible working hours, according to our Collective Work Agreement;
* The position foresees regular on-site presence. Working from home (up to 2 days per week) might be possible under certain conditions.
* Position is based in our HQ in Luxembourg
* A Certificate of Good Conduct (Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis, Casier judiciaire) will be required in case of positive selection;
