Job Description
As a (Junior) Product Manager for Patient Monitoring, you will be supporting our technical product managers in shaping product portfolios, driving global marketing strategies, and supporting the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies that enable patient monitoring with a strong focus on cell and gene therapy in oncology.
* You will analyze global market trends, competitive landscape, and unmet needs in cell and gene therapy patient monitoring and identify growth opportunities and define strategic positioning for our solutions.
* Developing and executing marketing activities, including the creation of compelling marketing collateral, white papers, and digital content and representing the company at scientific conferences, webinars, and industry events, are key tasks.
* In close collaboration with R&D, Sales, Regulatory, and Business Development you will contribute to portfolio growth and successful commercialization of innovative technologies by guiding product development based on market needs and supporting global sales teams with training, tools, and customer engagement strategies.
* You will provide expert insights into the patient monitoring landscape, including biomarker discovery, immune profiling/monitoring, and longitudinal monitoring and strengthen our global presence by building relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners.
Qualifications
* You hold a PhD in Immuno-Oncology, Immunology, or Molecular Biology and have at least three years of experience in the immuno-therapy field and a sound understanding of immuno-oncology and the technical landscape of patient monitoring.
* You have a deep understanding of technologies such as Cell Separation, NGS, PCR/qPCR, Single-Cell Sequencing, and Flow Analysis.
* You are familiar with or eager to learn about the regulatory environment, emerging guidelines, and tech requirements shaping the field of patient monitoring.
* You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both scientific and commercial audiences.
* You are a self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment to turn ideas into action. You are fluent in English to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
* You are willing to travel globally (minimum 20% travel), including field visits and attendance at international conferences, to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and identify new trends.
