Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight & Performance Management
1. Oversee daily operational activities related to:Spare parts planning and replenishmentInventory management and accuracyOrder fulfillment and backlog management
2. Set operational priorities and ensure timely execution of daily, weekly, and monthly activities
3. Monitor and analyze key KPIs, including:Parts availabilityInventory health and stock accuracyInbound and outbound TATBackorder and backlog performanceDefective parts return cycle timeOrder fulfillment lead time
4. Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions in collaboration with operational teams and partners
5. Lead and facilitate regular operational and performance review meetings
Stakeholder Management & Functional Leadership
6. Act as a key escalation point for operational issues related to planning, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment
7. Collaborate closely with Global Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Customer Care, Sales Order Management, and Service Delivery teams
8. Coordinate with Business Partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution
9. Represent Services Supply Chain operations in regional meetings, operational calls, and performance reviews
Strategic & Analytical Contribution
10. Support EMEA Services Supply Chain strategy execution through operational insights and recommendations
11. Translate strategic objectives into clear operational actions and measurable outcomes
12. Contribute to long-term planning for network optimization, inventory health, and customer fulfillment performance
13. Provide structured reporting and insights to senior management
What We’re Looking For
14. 5–7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, or related operational roles
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
16. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
17. Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex operational topics
18. Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and performance management
19. Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills
20. Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct line management responsibility
21. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for operational excellence
