Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, a prominent banking institution in the Grand Duchy, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and develop strategic initiatives for acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement targeted strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Lead the acquisition of new clients and drive business expansion in key target segments and markets, including entrepreneurial clients in Europe.
* Closely collaborate with Business Partners and Introducers to enhance market reach and client engagement.
* Identify and address client needs and preferences, offering suitable products and services.
* Ensure accurate execution of client instructions to maintain high service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in financial education and certifications.
* Background in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance is an asset.
* Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Polish, or Dutch.
* Proven experience and expertise in Private Banking, Business development, and relationship management.
* Strong network of mortgage brokers is advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable relationships.
* A high level of integrity and ethics.
* Proven negotiation skills.
* Growth mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Client-centric and results-driven mindset.
* Possess strong inclination towards teamwork and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
