* Uber support up to 25.00 € for early shifts starting at 06:00
Role Overview
We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users of a digital-focused platform. This role is ideal for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding.
You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brands voice consistently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Support users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues
* Handle interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels
* Adapt tone and communication style for both private and public channels
* Manage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processes
* Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality
Candidate Requirements
* Native-level German
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher
* Mandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a structured, multi-channel support environment
Nice to have
* Experience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat)
* Technical troubleshooting background
Compensation
* Base salary: 1,100 € per month (paid over 14 months)
* Performance bonus: 180 € for 12 months
* Meal allowance: 7.23 € net per working day
