Cloud Engineering Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned cloud engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of cloud-based projects. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud and Power Platform, including Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cloud Platform Management:
o Develop pre-studies, designs, technical work breakdowns, and implementation plans for cloud-based projects.
o Manage build activities, support, and maintenance to ensure successful transition to service mode.
* Incident Resolution and User Support:
o Efficiently handle incident resolution and user requests.
o Promote service improvements to enhance user experience.
* IT Strategy and Governance:
o Promote IT strategy and solutions across departments.
o Contribute to the definition and update of IT policies, SLAs, KPIs, and align with business goals and compliance standards.
* Cloud Security and Compliance:
o Manage and secure cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Entra ID, RBAC, IAM, DLP policies, licensing, and resource efficiency.
o Implement process improvements and modernization strategies using Azure capabilities.
* Technical Cooperation and Communication:
o Ensure effective technical cooperation across departments and teams.
o Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external consultants.
Requirements:
* Advanced Knowledge:
o Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud and Power Platform.
* Hands-on Experience:
o Hands-on experience with cloud optimization, capacity management, and performance tuning in large-scale Azure environments.
* Compliance and Security:
o Proven ability to develop and enforce governance policies within Microsoft platforms.
* Communication and Training:
o Excellent communication skills to align IT teams and stakeholders on governance, integration, and digital transformation strategies.
o Experience delivering training sessions and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
