Die Aufgaben:
• Check-in und Check-out sowie Beratung und Betreuung der Gäste
• Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und Auszubildender
• Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen und serviceorientierten Arbeitsablaufes am Front Office
• Überwachung der Reservierungen und Kontrolle der Zimmersituation
• Abrechnung der Tageserlöse und Berichtserstellung
• Kassenbedienung und Kassenverwaltung
Wonach suchen wir:
• eine abgeschlossenen Ausbildung im Hotelfach, vorzugsweise erste Berufserfahrungen am Empfang oder Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung am Empfang
• gute Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnissen
• Spaß am Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Menschen
• vorzugsweise Kenntnisse der Hotelsoftware Opera - ist aber kein Muss!
• beherrschen des MS Office Pakets
