Administrative Coordinator – Education & Events m/f/d (Full-Time)
Berlin | 40h/week, | €35,000 gross annually

Now we are looking for a Administrative Coordinator – Education & Events to support our growing Berlin team.

What You’ll Do
* Manage internal documentation, prepare business letters and materials
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail (paper and digital), send letters and packages
* Order office supplies and consumables (including tea & coffee), interact with vendors, couriers, and cleaning service
* Assist in preparing educational events and team activities (online & offline): order catering, welcome guests, prepare materials, maintain participant lists
* Book travel (hotels, transportation) for staff and guests
* Receive and forward phone calls
* Interact with government agencies (e.g. Arbeitsamt, Finanzamt): fill out forms, prepare applications, support related processes
Requirements
* Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Experience in office coordination or administration is a plus
* Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking
* Positive, team-oriented mindset
Benefits
* Annual gross salary: €35,000
* Full-time (40h/week), on-site in Berlin, Mon–Fri
