Your responsibilities will be to:
1. Provide first-level support to end users for IT-related issues
2. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems
3. Install, configure, and prepare computers and peripheral devices
4. Handle and process support tickets in the company’s ticketing system
5. Collaborate with other IT departments (e.g., Network, Infrastructure, Security) to resolve more complex incidents
6. Assist with ongoing IT projects (e.g., system updates, hardware replacements)
Our Requirements:
7. Active student status in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
8. Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
9. Ability to install and configure computers and software
10. General understanding of computer networking (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP basics)
11. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
12. Good communication skills and user-oriented approach
13. Proficiency in English sufficient for communication with users and the IT team
