Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, performance management, and organizational development.
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of general employment law, company HR policies and processes. They will also have experience in managing complex employee relations cases and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
A self-starter with a creative and flexible approach to work is required. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is essential. Knowledge of German employment law, administration and market practices is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
* Support organizational design and structure to enable talent optimization and drive business success.
* Enhance productivity by driving ongoing performance discussions, coaching, and implementing disciplinary actions or terminations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 7+ years relevant working experience and proven success in a similar role.
* Expert knowledge and experience in general employment law, overall company HR policies and processes.
* Experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
