Tasks
* Working in and as part of a team of experts
* Conducting personal training sessions and classes
* Creating and performing physical assessments (using tools like force plates)
* Assessing mental and emotional wellbeing
* Analyzing assessment data and setting goals with clients
* Creating training plans, schedules, recommendations based on data
* Guiding clients through their journey at Hagius
* Observing the progress made by clients
* Gathering feedback from clients and trainers.
* Fine-tune plans depending on progress and assessment data
* Ensuring flow of information to the necessary team members
Requirements
* Interest in the tasks above
* Passion for data-driven fitness guidance
* Ability to work as a team player in a team of experts
* High-quality education in sports science (University Degree or comparable education)
* at least one year work experience in the field of data driven training
