Responsibilities Main Responsibilities: Creation of volume, sales, and profit budgets Further development of existing customer business Improving the profitability of the services offered Drive customer projects Manage quotes and contracts Chair/management of QBR's and ABR's Creation and implementation of the development strategy for the relevant customer portfolio Identification and implementation of savings potentials for the customer(s) Qualifications Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor / Master of Business Administration, preferably Logistics At least 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in international trade logistics in a similar role Order management experience Fluency in German and English is a must High customer orientation paired with strong business acumen Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong time management, organizational and planning skills Intermediate or higher knowledge of Excel and competent PowerPoint skills.
