About the Role

As a Business Academy Learning Partner, you'll be the vital connection between our central learning function and business-led academies. You'll collaborate with leaders to understand their unique capability needs, then architect learning journeys that deliver measurable performance improvements while maintaining enterprise-wide standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary interface between central learning and business-led academies
2. Consult with business leaders and SMEs to understand capability needs and performance goals
3. Co-design structured learning journeys that align business priorities with enterprise standards
4. Guide business teams on learning architecture, sequencing and reuse of existing assets
5. Ensure alignment with the leadership and transversal skills academies to prevent duplication
6. Translate business needs into clear briefs for instructional design and platform build
7. Manage expectations, priorities and trade-offs with business stakeholders
8. Build capability in the business by coaching SMEs on effective learning contributions

You're a strategic thinker who can quickly understand business challenges and translate them into effective learning solutions. You have a talent for building relationships across organizational boundaries and can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with ease. Your ability to listen deeply, synthesize information, and create structured approaches to capability building makes you an invaluable partner to business leaders.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

9. Strong consulting skills and proven experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex, global matrix organizations
10. Ability to translate business challenges into effective learning and capability solutions
11. Deep expertise in curriculum and learning journey design
12. High credibility with both senior leaders and technical experts
13. Excellent facilitation, listening, and synthesis skills

14. Comfort working with ambiguity and competing priorities
15. Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset

We are ideally looking to hire this position in London, Zurich or Munich, however we will consider applications globally and can hire this position in any country in which Swiss Re operates.

For Germany, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 89.000 and EUR 148.000 for a full-time role.

The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role
• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
