JOIN OUR TEAM

As an Intern in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, you’ll support us in finding the future talent for Westwing. From day one, you’ll dive into the full recruitment lifecycle: shaping our employer brand, mastering active sourcing, and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. Working cross-functionally across all departments, you’ll play a key role in bringing the best talent to Westwing. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. Ideally, you are available to join us as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Coordinate and support the end-to-end hiring process for permanent roles, internships and working student positions, including screening, scheduling and offer communication
2. Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth, premium experience throughout every touchpoint
3. Draft and post job descriptions, manage pipelines and support active sourcing projects for high-priority roles
4. Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to support strategic hiring initiatives
5. Assist in driving employer branding efforts across our channels, contributing ideas and content to help Westwing stand out to top talent
6. Help identify process improvements and implement structures to increase speed, quality and efficiency in our hiring workflows, leveraging AI, where suitable
7. Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with ongoing projects, reporting and ad hoc requests as needed

YOU COME WITH

8. Ongoing studies or recently completed degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
9. A strong interest in People & Culture, Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding
10. Ideally, first experience through internships or student jobs in a people-related field
11. A highly organised, structured working style and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
12. Proactive communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
13. Fluency in English; German or Polish is a strong plus
14. Availability to start as soon as possible
