Our Quality Engineering Team are looking to welcome a Quality Engineer to join their team. The objective is to align Collins Aerospace's internal requirements with customer demand and to develop measures that ensure these requirements are met and exceeded. This is an interim position.

What you will do
1. Management of Non-conformance management
2. Evaluation and visualization of Quality data (FPY)
3. Advising production on quality matters when setting up or optimizing production lines
4. Coordination and facilitation of production-related quality issues
5. Interface and collaboration between internal departments
6. Production, Purchasing, and Engineering for all processes concerning the “Product Quality” department
7. Strategic development of the value stream in relation to inspection procedures
8. Support in development projects regarding error prevention
9. Coordination of improvement projects
10. Implementation and maintenance of Collins-specific processes
11. Assistance to the Quality Manager in the regular evaluation of the management system

Experience & Skills
14. Diploma or University degree of applied sciences
15. Master technician, graduate engineer in a technical field
16. Experience and training in the field of Quality
17. Professional experience in the manufacturing industry in the field of Quality
18. Fluent in German & English is essential
19. Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications
20. Please note, this is an interim contract (2 years).

21. Formal qualifications in Technical Engineering and or Quality Engineering
