Our Quality Team in Lubeck are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to support their Quality and Compliance team. Our Quality team are integral to the success and most importantly the safety of our services and products. This is an excellent team who excited to welcome a new engineer to the team.

What you will do
• Proactively further develop and maintain the Business Management System (EN9100, EASA Part 21G & 145)
• Implement and maintain Collins-specific requirements in our process environment
• Advise and support other departments in creating processes and work instructions
• Maintain internal quality agreements as well as overviews
• Analyse and visualize quality data
• Manage deviation handling
• Provide support for the periodic evaluation of the management system
• Prepare, accompany, and conduct internal and external audits
• Develop and implement training concepts for quality personnel
• Conduct quality briefings and training
• Maintain ETQ to track audits and their results
• Create statistics and key figure reports to evaluate the quality management system

Experience & Skills
3. Excellent communication and business acumen
4. Comfortable working with government officials and employees at all levels of the hierarchy.
5. Qualified further in quality management, e.g., Q-Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Technician DGQ, is desirable.
6. Reliable and capable of independent working
7. Extensive knowledge of EASA regulations regarding Part 21 and 145 as well as the requirements of the EN 9100 quality management system
8. Demonstratable experience in a technical environment with experience in quality management, preferably in an aviation company
9. Proficient with MS Office, MS Visio
10. Fluent in German and English (C1 or above)
Certifications
11. High school diploma or advanced technical college entrance qualification.
12. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Quality Management
13. Certified Auditor
