Your area of work
As a working student in our Service Management team (f/m/d), you will contribute to the enhancement andmaintenance of internal tools and processes, particularly those based on Microsoft technologies. You will workclosely with account managers and service owners to support contract management, data quality assurance,and tool optimization.
Your responsibilities:
* You support the team in the management of intercompany contracts using dedicated tools
* You perform quality checks and data validation within service management platforms
* You assist in the configuration and continuous improvement of Microsoft Power BI dashboards
* You help document service processes and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives
* Furthermore, you participate in access and role management tasks using IAM (Identity and AccessManagement) tools
Your profile:
* You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognised university for the entire duration of youremployment and have completed at least two semesters in (business) informatics, computer science,mathematics, or a related technical field
* Your initiative, commitment and ability to work independently, accurately and with a clear focus willenable you to integrate quickly into the team
* You also have very good communication and organisational skills
* In addition, you have very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Power BI(SharePoint and JIRA is a plus)
