Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Support Officer to play a key role in the successful delivery of strategic projects and programs.
The selected candidate will be responsible for actively managing day-to-day activities, ensuring delivery accountability.
You will work closely with key stakeholders and project/program managers to set up and maintain governance structures, coordinate budgets, and manage planning processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to facilitate planning workshops, and create plans that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

* Assist project/program managers in governance and reporting
* Set up and maintain governance structures
* Coordinate project/program budgets and manage tracking and reporting
* Facilitate planning workshops and create plans
* Keep records of project/program plans and status up to date
