Your responsibilities
1. Support the team with data analysis, reporting, and administrative processes
2. Create, maintain, and optimize Excel-based tools, reports, and dashboards
3. Prepare professional presentations and management materials in PowerPoint
4. Support the maintenance and further development of databases and data structures
5. Assist with SharePoint administration, document management, and SharePoint Lists
6. Help improve digital workflows and automation opportunities
7. Collaborate with different departments on data-driven and technical topics
8. Support ad hoc analyses and process optimization initiatives
Your profile
9. Enrolled student in Business Informatics, IT, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field (ideally for the next 2 years)
10. Strong IT affinity and interest in digital tools and systems
11. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
12. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
13. Experience working with databases and structured data
14. Familiarity with SharePoint and SharePoint Lists
15. Experience with Power BI is a plus
16. Analytical mindset and structured way of working
17. Independent, reliable, and proactive personality
18. Very good English skills; German is a plus
