As a Global Lead Commercial Process Transformation, you will drive a strategic, enterprise-wide initiative to harmonise commercial business processes across all regions. This role focuses on standardising critical end-to-end workflows—spanning pricing, order management, and data management—while ensuring every solution aligns with corporate strategy, boosts operational efficiency, and supports ongoing digital-transformation efforts. It’s a high-impact position for someone who excels at bringing structure, clarity, and scalability to complex commercial environments.
Lead the global program to harmonise commercial business processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and cross-regional operational needs
Define and standardise end-to-end commercial workflows—including pricing, order management, and data governance—driving consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all regions
Partner with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to shape operating models, align on requirements, and lead structured change-management efforts that secure adoption
Build and guide high-performing, cross-functional teams; Driving stakeholder engagement and leading change-management efforts across diverse functional and international teams
Applying strong project-management expertise across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Medical Devices, Finance, or an MBA.
