What you will do Strengthening the communications team with a focus on corporate communications. Supporting PR work within own area of responsibility. Manage reactive communication and press inquiries with speed and quality. Prepare executives for interviews, speeches, media briefings, and public appearances. Develop and implement MOIA's corporate communications strategy for autonomous mobility and B2B technology positioning. Shape the overarching narrative for MOIA as a European, future‑ready mobility technology provider. Drive messaging around partnerships, product developments, and strategic milestones. Translate complex technology topics – autonomous driving, fleet integration, MaaS platforms – into accessible and compelling stories. What will help you to fulfill your role At least 5 years of experience, ideally with a PR agency. Strong expertise in corporate communications and change communication. Confident in all types of writing, including commenting on political developments. Experience as a spokesperson, including on‑camera. Excellent writing skills in German and English with strong attention to detail. Excellent skills in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint. Willingness to travel, both within Germany and internationally. Your way of working is systematic, goal‑oriented, and independent. Hands‑on mentality, joy of networking, and social media affinity.
