Your responsibilities
8. Build the Compensation & Benefits function within our international group
9. Implement a salary review system and related processes
10. Create job profiles and perform evaluations within the context of salary reviews
11. Monitor and analyze benchmark data in the Compensation & Benefits area
12. Create regular budgets, reports, and analyses of new and existing compensation and benefits for various stakeholders
13. Observe market developments and conduct annual benchmarks, including the derivation of forward-looking recommendations
14. Serve as a contact person for all compensation-related topics for HR management, executive management, and employee representatives
15. Generate data and KPI evaluations for internal and external purposes (reporting, payroll, presentations, etc.) to create transparency in HR metrics
Your profile
16. Completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on HR, or a comparable field of study
17. Experience and knowledge in the Compensation & Benefits field
18. Solid expertise in developing and managing compensation and benefit programs, including salary structures and incentive plans
19. Strong understanding of all matters related to remuneration and benefits
20. Experience in introducing additional benefits and conducting annual benchmarking tasks
21. Strong business acumen and commitment to the Shared Service Center philosophy
22. Independent and structured work style combined with high commitment
23. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for new topics
24. Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables)
25. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
