Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming and assisting employees with their inquiries and requests.
* Providing exceptional customer service to visitors and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
* Three years of experience in services or a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Fluency in both English and French languages.

As an administrative assistant within the Office Management department, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch support services to our employees. Your primary focus will be on responding to employee requests and queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining meeting rooms and space bookings, as well as performing various administrative tasks.
