Employee Engagement & R</p><p>etention- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention within budget cons</p><p>traints.- Analyze employee feedback and identify cost-effective strategies to enhance workplace satis</p><p>faction.- Implement recognition programs and other engagement activities that align with budgetary conside</p><p><br></p><p><strong>rations.<br>Qualif</strong></p><p>ications:- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a rela</p><p>ted field- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leaders</p><p>hip role.- Experience in a multi-country environment with knowledge of international HR practices and reg</p><p>ulations.- In-depth knowledge of European & LATAM labor laws and HR best p</p><p>ractices.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersona</p><p>l skills.- Ability to navigate complex and dynamic work envi</p><p>ronments.- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
