For our European Location in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a:
Quality Engineer (f/m/d) - For Car Connected Services (GIS)
with Driver ́s license valid in Germany
As Quality Engineer (f/m/d) for Car Connected Service (GIS) your main responsibility is to manage GIS Center Route Quality Control and CCS Services. You will be analyzing route planning and modifying geographic information to create a sophisticated GIS logic, which can establish auto-analysis-system and accomplish users personalized route recommendation with accumulated data.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Communication between content provider and HQ (Korean)
2) GIS service monitoring
* Monitoring GIS service, collaborating with the head office
* Providing primary response to GIS failures
* Performing the role of Hyundai AutoEver local corporation window for GIS / Traffic operation
3) GIS Center Route Quality Control
* Conducting daily route analysis
* Monitoring traffic information
* Fostering outsourced evaluators and managing evaluation results
* Responding to local VOCs and the communication with customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
* 3-5 years of relevant experience
* Experienced in Data analysis and Server operation
* Good understanding of network systems in electronics and vehicles
* Ability to troubleshoot navigation issues
* Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to work well in a multi-functional environment
* Willingness for continuous improvement
* Driver ́s license valid in Germany
* Very good English skills.
* Korean and German language would be considered as a plus
