As Business Manager Executive Division (m/f/d) you will play a key role within our team in Augsburg or Frankfurt/Main.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Ensure transparency and operational management of the cost structure of the Executive Division, including development of a deep understanding of the cost structure and appropriate fulfilment of control mechanisms
2. Develop processes and frameworks for diverse topics within the remit of the Executive Division, align them with stakeholders and senior management and implement accordingly
3. Act as key go-to person for sub-divisional Heads on Business Management related topics such as costs, platform development etc.
4. Solve ad hoc topics with the team, arising within the scope of the CEO
5. Prepare and coordinate external and internal meetings and events, including the preparation of decision making documents
6. Maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders and handle issues within the team framework
7. Drive own smaller projects within the Executive Division and engage in larger projects representing the Executive Division
8. Support strategic and daily tasks, including business planning, budget reviews, and corporate events
9. Build and manage day-to-day relationships with external stakeholders, offices, and internal committees
10. Preparation of management decisions and project alignment
What We Look For:
11. Previous experience (2-4 years) in a mid-sized company corporate environment, in a regulated business or listed company preferred
12. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including senior management
13. Strong analytical skills, ability to present new ideas in a compelling manner from financial data and create meaningful reports and proposals for senior management
14. Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within a local and global team environment
15. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple assignments, stringent deadlines and changing priorities
16. Experience in organizational development, including make-or-buy decisions, digital workflows, and value chains
17. Basic knowledge in IT and operations is advantageous
18. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
19. Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
20. Excellent German and English writing, editing and presentation skills
