Your Tasks:
* Build and maintain strong, and trusted relationships with key customer contacts, acting as the main liaison between them and internal teams.
* Drive sales growth and profitability by fully implementing segment strategies and developing strategic Key Account Plans.
* Understand current and future customer needs, coordinate tailored solutions, and support new product development and introductions.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery, address customer complaints, and identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare regular progress reports using key account metrics, monitor market trends, and collaborate on product positioning strategies.
Your Profile:
* You have an engineering diploma in mechanical or production engineering, with a strong technical foundation and experience in B2B technical product sales.
* You demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and relational skills; you are autonomous, open-minded, and performance-driven.
* You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
* You are fluent in either French and English or German and English; experience in multicultural environments is considered an advantage.
* You are willing and available for business trips within Europe.
