Inviting applications for the role of Solution Architect, Supply Chain Consulting – Director - English As a Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Architect, you’ll work externally with clients to help identify their most pressing supply chain and operational challenges, and internally collaborate with your colleagues to design, develop, deploy, and support solutions. Work on multifaceted projects that demand analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. The variety of projects provides the Solution Architect with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn. The Solution Architect is a key member of our implementation team. A leader with deep system implementation experience, you will be the main point of contact between the client and our consulting team. This key role is involved in driving requirements gathering sessions, developing a proven design, and working with their teammates to execute a smooth implementation. The solution architect's process typically involves recommending the most appropriate technology for the client based on the architect’s expertise. Typical responsibilities include: Responsibilities Provide the connection between our clients’ strategic business leaders and technical team by clearly communicating business functional issues. Advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and supporting technologies and conduct business processes and requirements analysis. Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management. Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion. Develop client-ready deliverables related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans. Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree; or equivalent work experience. Experience developing, supporting or implementing RapidResponse required. Experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management. Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience integrating to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration. Exceptional drive, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment. An ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus.
