Head of Investor Relations (m/w/d)
Develop and execute the Investor Relations strategy, including the further evolution of the company's Equity Story
Preparation of the analyst presentations as well as coordination and publication of all capital-market-relevant corporate reports (quarterly and annual results, ad-hoc disclosures, etc.)
Provide regular market insights and recommendations to the Executive Board
Advise the Executive Board and senior management on matters relevant to the capital market (e.g. market expectations, communication strategy and the impact of strategic decisions on the capital market)
Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory and disclosure requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field with a strong financial focus
Several years of relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Corporate Banking/Equity Capital Markets - ideally within a publicly listed company
Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting and capital market principles, capital market processes, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse stakeholders (C-level executives, investors, analysts, advisors, etc.)
