Overview Join Danfoss as a Sales Development Manager (m/f/d) to lead our sales initiatives across the European market. In this pivotal role you will craft and execute strategic plans, nurture leads, and build strong customer relationships to drive business growth for our cutting‑edge solenoid valve solutions used in manufacturing, automation, and process control. Locations Offenbach, Hamburg, Germany or Rotterdam, Netherlands Home office within Germany, Netherlands, or Belgium is also possible Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in Europe. Collaborate with the sales team to implement a strategic sales plan for solenoid valve solutions in the European market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Assist in developing and presenting tailored solutions to clients in collaboration with the technical team. Drive sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote solenoid valve products. Stay up‑to‑date on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Qualifications A degree in engineering or comparable education. Proven high customer‑focus with a track record of cultivating and maintaining client relationships in the solenoid valve business or in one of the industries using solenoid valves. Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to excel in a competitive market. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated passion for sales development and a results‑oriented approach. Strong technical and commercial understanding of solenoid valves and related products. Fluent in both English and German.
