Hatch is currently seeking a Process Engineering Intern/Student for its Essen office. Responsibilities: Assist the process engineer in determining equipment design parameters; Prepare and conduct pilot tests if the project context requires it; Perform heat and mass balances; Participate in the debottlenecking and optimization of existing processes and facilities; Perform start-up and commissioning for new or existing plants if the project context requires it; Perform static and dynamic modeling as required. Skills required: Pursue a Bachelor's or Masteru2019s degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering; Versatility and autonomy; Excellent team spirit and good communication; Flexibility in an ever-changing environment; Be bilingual orally and in writing (English/German); Interest in consulting engineering.
