Your tasks
9. Identifying, analyzing, and solving recurring technical problems in the production environment.
10. Achieving optimal work results through joint planning, production control, and process design.
11. Achieving company goals as an integral part of the joint Autonomous Production Team.
12. Ensuring the continuous improvement of the operational process.
Your profile
13. Completed technical vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, machine fitter or mechatronics technician, each with successfully completed further training as a technician or specialist.
14. Alternatively: Completed studies in aircraft construction, aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering with further training as a technician or specialist.
15. At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, scheduling/material procurement, manufacturing/production, production planning/control or line side support.
16. Confident handling of SAP, Catia V5, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy as well as zamiz and Google Workspace.
17. Fluent German and English skills.
18. Conflict resolution and persuasion skills, as well as assertiveness, to represent the interests of the department.
19. Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system.
