Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing and maintaining our internal compliance framework according to Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
* Support client onboarding procedures, including risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and ongoing monitoring.
* Contribute to reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures.
* Maintain compliance registers and ensure accurate documentation.
* Assist with regulatory reporting and internal compliance controls.
* Support our Compliance Officer(s) in preparing reports to management or regulatory bodies.
* Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to a culture of compliance awareness across departments.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Law, ideally with a focus on Compliance, Financial Law, or related field.
* First experience in compliance, legal, or financial services is considered a strong asset.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and French is required (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an asset.
* Strong sense of ethics, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
