For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS, we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH.
The position holder (d/f/m) works as Junior Aerospace Integration Engineer (Vehicle Integration & DMU)
Your Tasks
- Support an experienced vehicle integration team to improve and ensure Digital Mock-Up (DMU) quality and integration maturity throughout development milestones
- Conduct concept and integration studies for new developments and modifications in existing helicopter programs with regard to clearance, functionality, accessibility, maintainability and operational compatibility
- Organize Digital Mock-Up meetings to prevent geometric, functional, safety-related and maintainability incompatibilities
- Follow up action plans, develop solution proposals and perform final collision analyses before design freeze and production release
- Present results in technical reports and associated action plans
- Import 3D data from partner companies into the internal PLM system product structure
- Update the internal PLM system product structure to support parallel development activities (Design in Context)
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Advanced application knowledge of CATIA V5
- Fluent English (negotiation level); basic German required; French is an advantage
- Initial professional or internship experience in a technical role, preferably in mechanical design, mechanical systems integration and installation, or DMU analysis and maintenance
- Initial experience in physical design gained during studies or early professional career
