In the International Markets Team, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that drive value, support profitability, and unlock growth opportunities on a global scale. Serve as a central advisor to global and regional executive teams, providing high-level business analysis and hands-on support for operational execution.
Identify and scale frameworks to unlock the full monetization potential of the customer base, deepening penetration into advertising and media segments.
Global Benchmarking & Best Practices: Transformation Roadmap Leadership: Move beyond strategy into heavy-lifting execution, organizing teams to move complex intervention projects from local pilots to global scale.
Performance Accountability: Own the "Performance Delta" by utilizing multiple data sources to provide senior management with the strategic clarity and business cases needed to move key KPIs.
Team Leadership & Interim Management: Lead and coach a core team of specialists while remaining prepared to take on interim leadership responsibilities within local or global functions as needed.You gained at least 10+ years of professional experience (not counting internships) in a top-tier management consulting and/or industry leader (preferably retail / consumer / eCommerce / internet / technology industries)
You are advanced in business analysis and modeling, while possessing a hands-on mentality, strong bias for action and impact oriented attitude
You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
