Now is your chance to join our HR Team! We are looking for a fulltime (40 hrs/ week) HR Specialist (Analytics, Reporting, Administration) in Goch.
You will play an instrumental role in further structuring and digitizing our HR processes and administration. In addition, you will set up and drive – together with Controlling - meaningful reports about HR related statistics and KPIs. Going beyond that, you will contribute actively to implement AI in a structured way to make HR processes across the Employee Life Cycle more efficient. Last but not least, you will support current basic HR administrative tasks.

What we ask
5. Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or equivalent, or vocational training with proven experience in HR
6. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Analytics, Reporting, Administration
7. Strong affinity for numbers and data analysis
8. Broad understanding of modern HR applications, from Microsoft Office and Power BI to AI‑driven tools
9. Solid understanding of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle and their implementation in HR IT systems
10. Ability to work independently, take ownership and accountability
11. Fluent in English and German, basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus

17. Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to align reporting needs and improve data flows.
18. Develop, maintain, and optimize HR reports and dashboards to provide transparent, data‑driven insights for HR and business stakeholders.
19. Analyse HR data and identify trends, patterns, and key drivers.
20. Support system enhancements (, HRIS, Power BI, AI‑driven tools) and drive HR digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, enhance HR workflows andimprove HR efficiency.
40% Administration
21. Administrative support throughout the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, talent cycle, compensation cycle, and offboarding).
22. Initiate and drive improvements projects on processes and policies where needed.
Team Details
23. You will be part of an international team of HR Business Partners and HR Admins in Germany, the Netherlands and India.
24. You report to the Global HR Director based in Goch (Germany).
