As a leader in software development projects, this position involves overseeing multiple initiatives and driving them towards successful outcomes.
* Project management: Define project scope, set key performance indicators, and oversee deliverables; plan schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
* Methodology & quality control: Foster Agile best practices, participate in regular reviews, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
* Risk mitigation & change control: Anticipate potential risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and lead formal meetings to manage changes to the project scope.
* Team leadership & coordination: Lead cross-functional teams; define roles using RACI frameworks; provide support, guidance, and motivation to help teams achieve their goals.
* Stakeholder communication: Maintain transparent reporting, escalate issues when necessary, and align expectations between stakeholders.
* Project closure & optimization: Coordinate go-live activities, document lessons learned, and archive project materials for future reference.
