Main Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver bespoke HR solutions in areas such as organisational effectiveness assessment, policy design, compensation management, talent development, and performance enhancement.
* Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify key challenges and deliver actionable analyses, recommendations, and solutions.
* Drive project delivery, track progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders are informed throughout the process.
* Produce high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines, fostering strong client relationships.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, sharing knowledge within the team.
* Contribute to the team's visibility and thought leadership both locally and globally.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4–6 years of relevant experience in an HR consulting role.
* A proactive mindset with a strong appetite for continuous learning and professional development.
* Demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify client needs and shape tailored solutions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and ability to build trusted relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a structured approach.
* A high level of autonomy and organisational skills, with capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Solid command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS tools is beneficial.
* Fluency in English is essential; French and German language skills are advantageous.
