As a Senior Account Executive, you will be an experienced sales professional responsible for growing the VLE German market through penetrating new accounts and expanding existing business with Enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Enterprise software solutions, including:

* Managing TeamViewer's VLE German market and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
* Conducting market analysis to identify new project/customer opportunities and developing key account plans that meet customer needs early on
* Applying tactical and strategic go-to-market models to grow the customer base both short- and long-term, driving higher revenues, customer growth, and retention
* Building strong partnerships with senior leadership, key decision-makers, and establishing new business relationships from scratch
* Propelling the TeamViewer/Enterprise brand through industry events and close collaboration with Marketing to execute effective campaigns and generate new opportunities
* Managing complex sales cycles to close new business and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
* Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast processes, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identifying gaps for action

Requirements include:

* 10-15+ years of direct Large Accounts sales experience in quota-carrying software sales roles, preferably within cloud-based technology
* Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, including prior success in closing 1M+ TCV deals and managing multiple large accounts in a hunting mode
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging prospective customers and accessing VP- and C-level executives
* Proven track record of consistently high performance and a hunter sales mentality
* Strong knowledge of the German Large Accounts B2B market, problem-solving skills, analytical understanding, and collaboration skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of high-growth company dynamics and ability to multitask in rapidly changing environments
* Fluency in German and English is required, with other languages being a plus
* Willingness to travel up to 25% or more as needed within territory & company events
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
