A growing mature cluster in the region, it comprises four sub-clusters (Germany, Benelux, Alpine and Central Eastern Europe), thirteen countries in total; with Germany being by far the largest component. It incorporates a broad range of global, regional and local brands, different business models and markets of different size and complexity. One Kenvue manufacturing plant, and one strategic location for regional services, is located within the CE cluster’s territory.The role: Senior Finance Director, CEBased in our office in Neuss, Germany, we are currently recruiting a Senior Finance Director to lead the Kenvue Finance organization in CE.The Senior Finance Director will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Kenvue business in CE, coordinating delivery of the finance agenda and acting as a key business partner to the Area Managing Director and Leadership Team of the cluster by shaping the strategy formulation and execution, taking decisions and leading actions to maximize the value of our portfolio over the long term, and playing a key role to drive profitable growth. In doing so, the Senior Finance Director will ensure alignment with all stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement these plans.
