Key responsibilities
* Support with strategic planning and analysis tasks
* Data research, preparation and validation
* Preparation of presentations and decision-making documents
* Support with workshops, meetings and event coordination
* Taking on responsibility for cross-departmental projects within the HR department
Your profile
* Compulsory or voluntary internship as part of a bachelor’s degree, gap year or current master’s degree in Economics, Psychology, Business Psychology or a comparable degree programme with a focus on Human Resources (enrolment required)
* Keen interest in the areas of HR development and talent management
* Relevant practical experience would be an advantage
* Very good command of German and English
* Proficient with computers, MS Office and the web
* Structured, independent working style
* Organisational skills & team spirit
