Budget and Resource Management:
Experience in monitoring project budgets and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Skill in working with resource management teams to allocate resources based on project needs.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Proficiency in identifying and assessing project risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
Proactive approach to addressing project issues and escalating them as needed for timely resolution.
Commitment to ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
Experience in conducting regular project reviews and quality assessments.
A Bachelor's degree with 7 years of recent specialized experience, or an Associate's degree with 9 years, or a major certification with 11 years, or 13 years of recent specialized experience.
Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager with a successful track record of managing multiple complex projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
